As the Director of Engineering at Altana, you will oversee the management and optimization of data infrastructure supporting our flagship product - the Atlas. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will lead teams of engineers and data scientists to develop the core knowledge graph platform essential for comprehensive supply chain insights. Your role involves designing organizational processes and tools to achieve strategic goals while engaging in partnership integrations to expand business offerings. You will drive innovation by leading discussions on technical design and product integrations that push boundaries in supply chain understanding.

We seek a seasoned leader with a proven track record in managing engineering teams within rapidly scaling environments. With over 10 years of experience in complex engineering systems development, you should be well-versed in data optimization challenges and ML/AI-enabled products. Proficiency in knowledge graphs, deep learning systems, and large-scale data processing technologies is crucial for success in this role.
