Avalon Technologies Limited, a leading organization in the United States, is seeking a Director of Business Development to join their dynamic team. With a focus on driving sales growth, we are looking for a results-oriented individual who possesses industry experience in selling to manufacturing companies and a strong understanding of electronic manufacturing business operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing new client relationships, opening accounts, responding to RFQs with compelling proposals, managing account ownership, and driving growth within existing accounts. Additionally, they will participate in and lead sales activities such as trade shows and campaigns. The ability to collaborate internally with various departments to showcase Avalon in the best light to customers is essential, along with presenting compelling proposals and driving them to closure. This role may require domestic or international travel for client and internal meetings.

Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, a demonstrated track record of driving growth and opening new accounts, manufacturing sales experience (with electronic manufacturing knowledge being advantageous), strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently as an individual contributor while also collaborating effectively with internal teams.
