As the Director of Mechanical Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing both conceptual and detailed engineering projects while managing resources effectively. This client-facing leadership role requires strong expertise in complex facility design and the ability to engage with clients throughout the project lifecycle. Ideal candidates will possess a Professional Engineer (PE) license in North Carolina along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering. While not mandatory, LEED certification would be advantageous.
