The ideal candidate for this role will have formal education as a Registered Nurse or equivalent healthcare professional with strong verbal and communication skills in English. They should possess an in-depth understanding of disease processes related to vital sign monitoring such as hypertension, heart failure, CKD, asthma/COPD, and obesity. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate excellent time management, prioritization, assessment, and critical thinking skills. Clinical experience in inpatient settings is preferred.

As a Remote Patient Monitoring Specialist at CallTek, your responsibilities will include conducting remote physiologic monitoring treatment management services for patients. This involves calling patients for verbal assessments and health teaching, managing computer/on-line guidelines for customer queries, coordinating patient care through electronic medical records, and continuously monitoring and evaluating patient progress through remote monitoring tools. You will also be responsible for maintaining patient confidentiality and respect for patient rights in an online environment.
