As an Engineering Manager at Carbon Activated Corporation, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance and optimization of equipment used in activated carbon production. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of technicians, developing preventative maintenance schedules, troubleshooting equipment issues efficiently, and collaborating with the Process Engineering team for process improvements. You will also ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations while staying updated on the latest advancements in manufacturing equipment technology.

The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance within an activated carbon manufacturing or similar industrial environment. A strong technical knowledge of pulverizers, briquetting machines, carbonizing furnaces, and activation furnaces is required. Additionally, proven leadership skills with experience managing engineering or maintenance teams are essential. A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
