CenTrak, a leading provider of Real-Time Location Systems (RTLS) solutions in the United States, is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Director of the Project Management Office (PMO). As the Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic planning, execution, and governance of enterprise-wide projects and programs. Your responsibilities will include establishing project management best practices, methodologies, and tools to ensure consistent delivery aligned with business goals and measurable value realization. This leadership position entails overseeing a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives, optimizing resource allocation, driving accountability, and fostering continuous improvement.

In this role, you will lead and manage a team of project managers responsible for delivering complex hardware and software solutions for CenTrak's market-leading RTLS platforms. You will collaborate with senior leaders and key stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables that are in line with business priorities. Additionally, you will develop end-to-end project plans, ensuring clear timelines, resource allocation strategies, risk management processes, and change management procedures are followed diligently. Proactively identifying and resolving potential issues while driving internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions will be essential to ensure successful project execution.

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent technical education along with 12+ years of experience building and managing Engineering or Project Management teams. A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management is required with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as SAFE Agile Program Development (APD), Waterfall methodology Lean principles is necessary. Candidates should have proven communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams along with strong analytical abilities for effective decision-making.
