Key Responsibilities
The Sr. Manager, MEL will lead the development and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, and learning strategies across CLASP’s programs globally. They will design and oversee data collection processes, analyze findings to assess program impact, and ensure that lessons learned are integrated into program design and implementation. The Sr. Manager will also collaborate with internal teams and external partners to build capacity in MEL practices, facilitate knowledge sharing, and support continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a master’s degree in a relevant field such as economics, statistics, or public policy, along with at least 7 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation roles within the international development sector. They should have strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, proficiency in data analysis software such as STATA or SPSS, and experience working with diverse stakeholders in multicultural settings. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
