Code Red Partners, a leading organization in the tech industry, is currently seeking a Head of Engineering to join our client's team in the United States. Our client is on a mission to revolutionize how enterprises handle their detection capabilities using AI technology. As the Head of Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and building our core platform from scratch. Backed by experienced founders, this role offers you the opportunity to shape both the technical direction and product strategy of a groundbreaking platform that aims to redefine detection engineering.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing the core architecture of our platform, developing scalable backend services for log ingestion and analysis, creating intuitive frontend interfaces for security teams, building robust APIs for integration with existing security tools, owning the technical strategy and product roadmap, as well as helping build and lead the engineering team as we expand. To excel in this position, you must possess hands-on expertise in coding and architecture, zero-to-one execution experience in building MVPs from scratch, skills in designing scalable architecture systems, strong leadership abilities in hiring and mentoring talent, business alignment focused on achieving company goals, adaptability to thrive in ambiguity and solve challenges proactively, collaboration skills as a cross-functional team player with clear communication abilities, and integrity to inspire trust within the team.
Desirable experiences for this role include domain knowledge in security, SIEMs (Security Information and Event Management), expertise in AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning), familiarity with LLMs (Large Language Models), thought leadership qualities as an innovator driving technical strategies and solutions.
