We are currently seeking a Head of Impact to join our team and lead the mission of shaping how we define, measure, and amplify the value we create. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing Core Education’s impact strategy in alignment with business objectives, ESG initiatives, and Public Benefit Corporation (PBC) requirements. This individual will design and implement a robust impact measurement framework to track key performance indicators (KPIs) showcasing our contributions to institutional success, student outcomes, and broader social and environmental change.
The Head of Impact will also play a crucial role in driving engagement with investors, clients, research organizations, and industry partners to strengthen our impact narrative. This leader will leverage data-driven insights and strategic collaboration to push boundaries and set new standards for how impact informs strategy, investment, and innovation across the organization. As the Head of Impact at Core Education, your responsibilities will include embedding impact in strategy development by refining our impact vision in line with our mission and business goals. You will define and measure impact through a cutting-edge framework aligned with industry standards such as IRIS+, GRI, SASB, UN SDGs, B Corp. Additionally, you will strengthen our impact narrative by driving data-backed storytelling efforts while leading stakeholder engagement activities to enhance partnerships within the industry.
