As a Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing both internal and external communications while managing relationships with third-party vendors. Your role will be crucial in ensuring effective communication across the organization by utilizing technology to enhance engagement and information dissemination.

Key responsibilities of this role include preparing internal communications such as executive briefs, operational performance updates, and business reviews to keep stakeholders informed globally. You will also be responsible for creating external-facing communications for third-party vendors, organizing governance meetings with executive attendees from various time zones, and developing reporting processes to track progress against goals. Additionally, you will curate meeting materials for executive audiences and drive the effectiveness of governance meetings by documenting decisions and action items.

The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 4 years of experience in operations or technology-based environments with a focus on communications. Strong organizational skills, analytical abilities, verbal communication skills, project management experience, and proficiency in Google Suite are essential qualifications for this role.
