Vice President of Engineering

We are currently seeking a Vice President of Engineering to manage our division's contracts, people, customer satisfaction, and financial goals. The ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years of combined experience in engineering, project management, business management, and business development. They should possess technical expertise in areas such as electromagnetic systems, additive manufacturing, microelectronics, or autonomous systems. Additionally, the VP of Engineering will be responsible for driving product strategy, creating roadmaps for engineering and development strategies, managing engineers and technicians effectively.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills with at least 5 years of team leadership experience. They must have the ability to communicate collaboratively with diverse parties within and external to the organization while ensuring compliance with federal regulations and best practices. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Sciences, Engineering or related field is required. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration along with project management certifications such as PMP or CAPM.
