As part of our North American operations, we are seeking an Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the development and design of large-scale water and wastewater treatment projects, ensuring their successful execution. As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for developing and reviewing process designs, detailed engineering, equipment costings, drawings, and procurement specifications. Collaboration with project management and other engineers will be essential to monitor project progress effectively. Additionally, you will lead by example by mentoring junior engineers and setting the technical direction for the team and organization. Your expertise in identifying new trends and technologies to enhance our products or services will be instrumental in driving innovation within the company.
To excel in this role, candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited university and demonstrate significant experience in a similar capacity. Proficiency in reading P&IDs for water and wastewater systems, EICA engineering experience, and the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams are crucial requirements. Ideal candidates will also have prior experience in water/wastewater treatment across various industries. Possession of certifications such as PE would be advantageous.
