In this hands-on role, you will collaborate with Process Planners, Drafting Personnel, Quality Control Managers, Service Technicians, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. Your responsibilities will include reviewing 3D models and blueprints for accuracy, leading process planning efforts to meet R&D goals effectively, optimizing cost efficiency through resource allocation, supporting purchasing activities when necessary, and fostering clear communication across departments.
We are seeking a results-driven leader with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and demonstrated experience as an Engineering Manager in a manufacturing environment with proprietary designs. Proficiency in CNC machining and fabrication production is essential, along with experience using Siemens NX CAD/CAM package or Solid Edge. Strong people management skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
