As the VP of Engineering, you will lead our Engineering Department and play a critical role in advancing state-of-the-art energy technologies to market. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will drive engineering and design initiatives to deliver on existing orders while scaling manufacturing capabilities. Your responsibilities will include overseeing technical program performance, team management, resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration with project managers to achieve technical and business goals.
We are seeking candidates with a B.S. or higher in an engineering discipline from an accredited university, with over 12 years of relevant experience and at least 7 years in engineering leadership roles. Extensive expertise in engineering principles, project management, and team leadership is required. Experience in nuclear design or space product design is strongly preferred, along with a comprehensive understanding of first-of-a-kind design life cycles and regulatory considerations.
