We are currently looking for a highly experienced Vice President of Engineering to join our team and lead the end-to-end development of spacecraft and associated subsystems. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring performance, reliability, and mission success while providing technical oversight and strategic direction across various engineering disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, thermal, and software. You will define and implement best practices in systems engineering, design verification, testing, and collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in spacecraft development with a strong background in technical leadership within the aerospace industry. You should possess expertise in systems engineering, spacecraft structures, avionics, propulsion, thermal management, communication systems, as well as familiarity with space qualification processes and environmental testing. Additionally, you must have an advanced degree (Master’s or PhD preferred) in Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
