Our company, a leading manufacturing firm in the United States, is seeking an Engineering Manager to provide leadership and direction to our Engineering workforce. In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of manufacturing processes to ensure product functionality and cost efficiency. Additionally, you will support continual improvement projects and foster a team-oriented culture within the department.

As the Engineering Manager, your responsibilities will include managing daily operations, launching new products in collaboration with customers, and supporting process design with new components. You will also be tasked with creating processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and consistency in design, manufacture, and maintenance of technical data. Furthermore, you will analyze product requirements, develop line layouts, and manage multiple engineering projects concurrently.

The ideal candidate for this position should have an undergraduate degree in an engineering discipline, along with a master's degree in business or equivalent experience. A minimum of ten years' experience in managing manufacturing operations is required, as well as extensive knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts. Experience with Extrusion and RF Weld processes is preferred. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in analytical tools are essential for success in this role.
