We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our RF Integrated Circuit Engineering team as the Vice President of RF IC Engineering. In this role, you will be responsible for developing advanced RF IC solutions that support our strategic goals and maintain our market leadership. Key responsibilities include leading and managing a large team of engineers, developing strategic plans for RF IC design and development, overseeing the design and testing process to ensure high performance and reliability, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, driving continuous improvement in engineering processes, mentoring engineering talent, managing substantial budgets covering R&D and operational expenses, and staying updated on industry trends in RF technology.
Specific projects you will be involved in include the development of next-generation 5G RF transceivers, designing advanced CMOS RF ICs for IoT applications, and integrating RF front-end modules for high-performance mobile devices. To qualify for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (advanced degree preferred), along with at least 15 years of experience in RF IC design and development. Strong technical expertise in CMOS, BiCMOS, and GaAs technologies is essential, along with excellent leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking capabilities, communication skills, interpersonal skills, and experience in the semiconductor industry.
