As a Senior Content Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the local creator community by engaging, inspiring, and educating them to produce high-quality work that meets customer needs. Reporting to the Director of Creative in the US, you will collaborate with various teams across the Americas and Brazil to deliver relevant local content. Your responsibilities will include cultivating relationships with photographers, videographers, and illustrators; providing creative direction; identifying new talents; overseeing multiple projects from planning to delivery; curating creative assets; offering feedback and support to regional contributors; organizing events for creator engagement; supporting sales and marketing efforts; engaging daily with the Brazilian community; analyzing data insights; and more.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a relevant degree in visual/creative media, expertise in photography/videography, 3+ years of experience in visual communications or advertising, strong organizational skills, fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese, proficiency in project management tools and Adobe Creative Suite, comfort with public speaking, negotiation skills, knowledge of the visual market and content creation trends. Additionally, you should be detail-oriented, proactive in sharing ideas and solutions, familiar with AI technologies, able to independently manage projects from ideation to delivery.
