Director of Technical Services

As the Senior Director of Technical Services, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight for various technical functions within our manufacturing facilities. This includes manufacturing engineering, automation, utilities, wastewater management, MRO, and spare parts inventory. We are looking for a results-driven leader with extensive experience in food manufacturing and a track record of success in driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities for this role include leading the technical services organization, developing and implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs, optimizing inventory management, driving continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven analysis, and ensuring effective collaboration across key departments. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of safety and compliance while championing Lean manufacturing principles within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience at the director level in technical services within the food manufacturing industry, along with 10+ years of overall experience in plant manufacturing and maintenance. A Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline is required, along with strong expertise in MRP and ERP systems.
