Engineering Manager- Electronic Crystals

Our client, a leading global manufacturer of advanced electronic components, is seeking an Engineering Manager to spearhead operations at a new facility in North East Pennsylvania. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team of 7-10 Engineers specializing in electronic crystal manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of engineering leadership experience, particularly in micro electronics manufacturing with expertise in OCXO technology. As an integral part of this start-up venture, you will be instrumental in driving innovation, optimizing operations, and ensuring quality improvements.

As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for mentoring and leading a team of engineers and interns to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. Your role will involve overseeing CAPEX investments to support critical manufacturing initiatives and product development. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate product development and enhance manufacturing processes while meeting customer needs. Your expertise in P&L management, budgeting, data-driven decision-making, IP management, and fostering innovation will be crucial for success in this position.

• 10+ years of engineering leadership experience
