**Responsibilities:**
**Media Relations & Public Relations:**
- Develop and execute a global media relations strategy to enhance brand visibility.
- Cultivate relationships with key journalists, media outlets, and influencers worldwide.
- Proactively pitch stories and manage media inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate press materials creation and align messaging with the PR team.
- Monitor media coverage metrics and respond promptly to negative publicity.
**Content Creation:**
- Craft engaging press releases, blog posts, and communication materials for product launches.
- Contribute to the company's blog content in line with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with experts to develop compelling narratives showcasing industry leadership.
- Create communications for global trade shows and internal updates on regional initiatives.
**Global/Regional Coordination:**
- Ensure consistent communication across global teams considering cultural nuances.
**Measurement & Reporting:**
- Track campaign effectiveness through analytics tools and report on key performance indicators.
- Analyze trends in media coverage for future outreach opportunities.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in public relations or media relations with B2B/B2C focus.
- Strong communication skills with experience working globally across different cultures.
- Proven project management abilities delivering timely communications programs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills supporting executive leaders within multifunctional teams.
