We are currently seeking a Site Engineering Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing efficiency, lean manufacturing, utilization, and introducing new products into the factory. The ideal candidate will lead efforts to select, develop, and optimize manufacturing methods and tools to ensure maximum safety, quality, delivery, and cost effectiveness within Greene Tweed’s manufacturing process. Working closely with cross-functional teams is essential to defining capabilities, evaluating opportunities, and providing technical solutions to manufacturing challenges.

As the Site Engineering Manager, your responsibilities will include managing a team of manufacturing engineers, CNC programmers, Automation Engineers, process improvement engineers, process development engineers, and other technical team members. You will drive the identification and implementation of new manufacturing processes using TPS tools such as TPM, Kaizen events, process design/layout improvements among others. Additionally, you will play an integral role in leading Industry 4.0 efforts at the site including advanced manufacturing automation projects.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (Master’s Degree preferred) along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a Manufacturing related role. Leadership experience within Operations or project management expertise is required for this role.
