We are currently seeking a Program Manager for New-Build IDF / MDF projects to join our team. This role offers the flexibility of remote work with occasional travel to build sites across EMEA. As a member of our small IT team, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects from inception to completion while working closely with the Head of Engineering and regional Design Director. This position provides a competitive compensation package on a 1099 hourly basis in USD, allowing you to earn top $ while enjoying a casual workplace dress code.

As the Program Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing Data Center installation/upgrade projects, coordinating project scope, timeline, and budget constraints with resources, and providing best practice recommendations on Data Center design. You will collaborate with various stakeholders such as architects, construction managers, vendors, and logistics teams to specify and deliver IT/AV hardware for build outs. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing low voltage systems installation within build outs, scheduling site surveys for dual DIA circuits installation, reviewing due diligence reports at potential properties, and ensuring seamless project delivery through coordination across disciplines.

The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 5 years of experience in managing large-scale Data Center construction projects and producing coordinated Low Voltage or Telecommunications construction documents. Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications, knowledge of low voltage infrastructure and structured cabling systems is essential for success in this role.
