As a Technical Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for creating thought leadership content, articles, case studies, and white papers that showcase the company's expertise and value proposition.
In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather information and insights necessary for creating compelling content. You must have exceptional writing skills, be proficient in long-form and short-form content development, and have a strong working knowledge of AP style. Additionally, you will work closely with IT and Marketing teams to ensure the accuracy of online content and email templates. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field along with at least five years of experience in professional business-to-business writing.
