We are currently seeking a full-time Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team in Orangeburg, SC. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily engineering team activities, managing projects from inception to completion, and ensuring seamless system integration. This role entails supervising software development processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and fostering engineering excellence within the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess strong Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills along with experience in Software Development and Project Management. Proficiency in system Integration and technical coordination is essential, as well as robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for effective collaboration within the team. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
