We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Digital Communications Specialist to join our Corporate & External Affairs team. In this role, you will focus on social media monitoring, media tracking, and reputation analysis to support key stakeholders within the organization. As a valuable member of our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate across departments, enhance data-driven decision-making processes, and contribute to impactful projects that shape our corporate strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor social media channels using Meltwater and Talkwalker tools, providing valuable insights to key stakeholders.
- Track media coverage and reputation trends, offering in-depth analysis to support external engagement efforts.
- Provide insights on reputational risks, investor sentiment, and geopolitical trends that impact our business operations.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives in corporate affairs.
- Support senior leadership by preparing detailed reports and presentations that showcase key findings and recommendations.
We are looking for a candidate who holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Public Policy, Science or related fields. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in consulting, corporate affairs or analytics (Pharma experience is beneficial but not essential). Proficiency in Talkwalker and Meltwater media monitoring tools is required along with strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate must also demonstrate effective stakeholder management skills and be able to thrive in a matrixed organizational structure.
