With over 10 years of experience in Facility Maintenance Management and a strong background in MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing), the ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and previous Director-level experience. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for managing MEP systems, overseeing preventative maintenance, repairs, and quality control across multiple properties.

As the Director of Engineering and Operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's facilities. Your responsibilities will include supervising Building Engineers, technicians, and Hard Services to maintain optimal performance within the organization.
