We are currently looking for a seasoned Director of Pre-Construction Engineering to spearhead the engineering aspects during our pre-construction phase. This pivotal role ensures meticulous planning for successful execution of our renewable energy projects, including utility-scale solar and BESS. As the Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers while closely collaborating with project managers, designers, and various stakeholders to ensure that projects meet technical, regulatory, and financial requirements.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in pre-construction engineering, with expertise in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and utility-scale solar projects. A strong background in designing, planning, and executing large-scale renewable energy projects is essential. Additionally, comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices for solar and energy storage systems is required. An advanced degree in Engineering or Environmental Science is preferred along with demonstrated leadership skills managing cross-functional teams effectively.
