As an Engineering Manager at Interplex Etch Logic LLC, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing engineering operations at our plant. Your responsibilities will include serving as the primary expert for stamping and tooling activities, providing technical expertise in stamping, CNC machining, and basic automation to enhance manufacturing efficiency. You will lead New Product Introduction (NPI) management while ensuring smooth integration of new products into manufacturing processes. Collaboration with customers to understand technical requirements and drive engineering solutions is also a key aspect of this role.
To qualify for this position, you should possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field along with 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment focusing on stamping, CNC machining, and basic automation. A strong background in NPI and APQP methodologies is essential. You should have proven abilities to troubleshoot and optimize stamping, plating, and molding operations. This position requires willingness to work onsite in Attleboro.
