As the Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Engineering division. Your leadership will be crucial in scaling and expanding our capabilities to meet the demands of our growing client base in the permanent installation and Themed Entertainment industry. You will play a key role in mentoring junior engineers, collaborating with the engineering management team, and working closely with the Vice President of Operations to drive strategic initiatives within the department.

Primary responsibilities include managing and mentoring various engineering teams, collaborating with the Research & Development department to set the course for innovation, advising leadership on resource planning requirements, budget management, project oversight, quality control programs implementation, and serving as a consulting engineer on projects. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, at least 10 years of engineering experience in manufacturing settings, 5 years of team management experience, proficiency in project management tools like Solidworks and Altium PCB design software.
