As an Engineering Manager at Lexicon, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all multi-disciplinary Engineering Partners for our EPC projects. From initial client engagement to project execution and commissioning, you will coordinate with Engineering Partners, Sub-Contractors, and Suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery. Your responsibilities will include leading engineering teams through all project phases, managing project-specific plans and budgets, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and serving as the primary technical interface between various project stakeholders.
To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil preferred) along with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Engineering Management of EPC Projects in Steel Mills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. You must be willing to work weekends and long hours in high-pressure environments while being accessible for emergencies at any time. Physical demands include frequent bending, stooping, lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, and sitting for extended periods.
