As a Senior Research Manager at Lunt Associates, you will play a crucial role in leading custom research design, fostering client relationships, and driving strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. Your responsibilities will include designing learning plans, managing vendors, developing genuine partnerships with clients through open communication, influencing business strategies with data analysis, mentoring team members to foster continuous learning and growth, identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and building loyalty with current clients.
To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in custom research with expertise in quantitative methodologies and business applications. Experience in designing and executing custom client-side research studies for CPG and/or Healthcare clients is essential. Strong leadership skills are required to influence clients effectively, mentor team members positively, promote collaboration within the team environment. Excellent communication skills are necessary to present complex insights clearly and persuasively.
