We are currently seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our talented team through various projects from inception to completion.
As the Engineering Manager at Made Cascade, you will be responsible for overseeing design and manufacturing projects. This includes coordinating with clients to establish project requirements, delegating tasks to the engineering team, providing guidance throughout the project lifecycle, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables. You will work closely with the engineering team to identify project scope, delegate responsibilities effectively, and develop strategies for executing projects using optimal manufacturing methods and vendors.
In addition to managing project timelines and resources, you will also be involved in conducting quality assurance checks on engineering work, reviewing manufacturing drawings, implementing process improvements for workflow efficiency, and participating in hiring efforts to expand the engineering team as needed. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, multiple years of project management experience in engineering/aerospace or commercial products, as well as experience as a direct manager of mechanical engineers.
