As a Senior Content Strategist at Mobomo, your responsibilities will include drafting communications plans to support overarching content strategy efforts, creating structured content plans to consolidate web content into an intuitive structure, and advocating for client needs within project teams. You will collaborate with UX designers, visual designers, data analysts, and developers to optimize content elements based on usability, intuitiveness, consistency, and business metrics. Additionally, you will define content standards, track web metrics to inform strategy decisions, conduct web content inventory analyses and site audits, as well as ensure compliance with federal Section 508 standards.
The ideal candidate for this position should have 7-10 years of professional experience in content strategy along with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Experience working within Agile design and development teams is essential, as is the ability to use data and analytics to support strategic decision-making. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required for effective collaboration with all levels of management. A special consideration will be given to candidates with previous experience working on federal websites or interactive educational platforms.
