Our client, an established firm in the United States, is seeking an Internal Communications Manager for an exciting new 6-month contract opportunity. This role is fully remote and will involve providing internal and executive communications support to the Executive Leadership Team. The primary goal is to inform, engage, and inspire our community of 4k employees to deliver on our enterprise strategy. As the Internal Communications Manager, you will collaborate with the Manager of Executive and Internal Communications to support the CEO, President, as well as the People, Finance, and Technology organizations.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills that allow you to tailor messages for different audiences. You should be able to navigate between strategy and execution by developing high-level plans while producing clear communications. Additionally, having a broad knowledge of industry best practices, including digital platforms for employee engagement, is crucial. You should be able to work autonomously in dynamic environments while maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders across the organization. Proficiency in utilizing metrics for evaluating communication effectiveness and exceptional project management skills are also required.

As an ideal candidate for this position, you should have at least 8 years of relevant work experience along with a Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field. Experience in insurance or healthcare would be advantageous. Your daily responsibilities will include executing CEO and President's communications strategies, coordinating enterprise-wide communications touchpoints such as Town Halls and All Hands meetings, crafting internal communication strategies for company-wide initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design targeted communication programs.
