As a Manufacturing Engineering Manager at MS Companies, you will be responsible for managing the Manufacturing Engineering Department, overseeing Assembly Engineering Members, and establishing manufacturing processes using provided tooling and equipment. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments such as Production, Quality, HR, and other relevant teams to ensure seamless operations. You will also work closely with Japan Engineering members to co-develop new program products and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
To excel in this position, you must have previous technical resources management experience in a robotic automation manufacturing company, with a preference for experience in resistance welding. Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks is required, along with strong communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the ability to develop business plans and strategies will be crucial for success in this role.
Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering-related discipline or possess equivalent relevant experience. Prior management experience and familiarity with metal manufacturing environments are advantageous. The role may require occasional overtime and travel to support other facilities or activities as needed.
