Research Director

We are currently seeking a Research Director who will play a pivotal role in shaping the research agenda for the National Center of Whole Human Education & Research at Harmony Academy and National University. Reporting to Dr. Nick Yoder, the Associate Vice President of Whole Human Education & Research, the Research Director will spearhead national-level initiatives by driving impactful partnerships and leading diverse research studies. Responsibilities include developing research agendas, securing grant funding sources, supervising a team of direct reports, creating evaluation roadmaps for programs, building research briefs to enhance user experience, and facilitating collaboration across both Harmony Academy and NU.

The ideal candidate will be a thought leader with demonstrated experience in leading research projects and project director roles. Proficiency in mixed-methods research, grant writing skills, data collection expertise in community-based settings, excellent communication abilities with diverse audiences, and strong project management skills are essential for this role. A doctoral degree in education or psychology is preferred.
