We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Representative / Social Media & Digital Marketer to develop and implement creative sales and marketing strategies that will enhance brand visibility and drive sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all social media platforms, creating engaging content, executing online campaigns, and analyzing marketing data to optimize performance. Collaboration with team members for content creation and brand growth is also a key aspect of this role.

The successful candidate must possess a strong understanding of digital marketing and social media management, along with proven sales and marketing skills. Content creation abilities and basic graphic design skills would be advantageous. Excellent communication skills and customer engagement capabilities are essential for this position.

Additionally, we have openings for Customer Care / Admin Officers who will handle customer inquiries, orders, complaints across various channels professionally. Responsibilities include processing orders, managing administrative tasks, ensuring excellent customer experience, and satisfaction. Previous experience in customer service and administration is preferred, with tech-savviness and the ability to work shifts (including weekends/nights) being necessary.
