The qualified candidate should possess a BSEE degree along with 10-15 years of experience in Home and Building Automation. Extensive knowledge of relevant technologies, trends, and customer needs is required. Previous experience as a general manager or senior marketing manager in semiconductor or related companies is preferred. Strong leadership skills with a team-first mentality are essential for effective cross-functional collaboration across stakeholders. The ability to engage with C-level stakeholders at customer organizations to build trust is crucial.
