Head of Engineering

In this role, your key responsibilities will include leading and scaling the engineering team, defining and executing technical strategies aligned with business goals, collaborating cross-functionally with product and design teams, managing projects and resources effectively, ensuring scalability and performance optimization of our systems. You will need to bring 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, expertise in full-stack development, modern web frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), software architecture principles, microservices architecture, DevOps practices among others.
