We are currently seeking an exceptional Director of Validation Engineering to join our team on a full-time basis.

As the Director of Validation Engineering, you will play a crucial role in automating data collection and creating validation environments to ensure system performance and compliance with specifications. You will have the opportunity to delve into processor-memory interfaces, focusing on DDR topologies, high-speed signaling, signal integrity, and power integrity concepts. Your responsibilities will include lab bring-up and validation of high-speed memory buffer semiconductor products, developing test methodologies for silicon designs, scripting for lab automation and data analysis, collaborating with design teams on experiments, providing inputs for design requirements, supporting customer issue resolution, and leading a team of validation engineers.

To excel in this role, you must possess knowledge of processor/memory system architecture, high-speed interface concepts (including signal integrity), hands-on experience with SDRAM (DDR4/DDR5), leadership skills in managing engineering teams, a passion for hands-on lab work and software development for lab automation. A working knowledge of test equipment troubleshooting/debugging is essential. Additionally, familiarity with x86 computer systems hardware is advantageous. A B.S. or M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is required.

This position is based in Johns Creek/Atlanta, GA offering a competitive salary range between $145,000 to $260,000 (DOE).
