As the Vice President of Engineering, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic engineering plans for our solar technology and project solutions. Your role will involve overseeing hardware product development, software engineering, and project engineering teams to deliver cutting-edge tracker, ground mount, canopy, and electrical balance-of-system (eBOS) solutions. By unifying engineering practices and fostering a culture of innovation, you will play a crucial role in supporting our aggressive growth plans while ensuring seamless integration of hardware and software platforms.
In this position, you will lead product development strategies across various systems while championing the synchronization of workflows for new product development (NPD) and product improvement (PI). You will guide project engineering teams to achieve service-level goals and operational excellence while aligning team objectives with overall business strategies. Additionally, your role will involve collaborating cross-functionally with sales, operations, sourcing, and delivery teams to enhance customer experience and accelerate time-to-market initiatives.
