As the Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing plant facilities design, managing construction activities, and maintaining energy conservation initiatives. You will lead the engineering staff to ensure efficient operations and management of plant equipment while maximizing capacity and optimizing resource utilization. Your role will involve developing systems and processes for high-performance delivery in alignment with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

To excel in this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with at least 10 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, a Master's degree with 5 years of experience will also be considered. Experience in independently handling engineering functions within a manufacturing unit producing drug products is essential. Knowledge of project management, validation processes, and production techniques such as Granulation and Packaging will be beneficial.

Key Job Requirements:
  • 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

  • Experience with regulatory and customer audits

  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and related experience
