We are currently looking for driven Communications Consultants to join our team on a 1099 contract basis. As a Communications Consultant at Pivot Strategies, you will collaborate with clients to implement effective communication strategies that boost employee engagement and drive business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include developing internal communication plans aligned with client objectives, crafting clear and engaging messaging tailored to diverse audiences, managing the delivery of communication materials such as emails and presentations, measuring the effectiveness of initiatives using data analysis, building positive relationships with clients as a trusted advisor, and collaborating with our team of consultants to maintain a high-performing culture.

To excel in this role, you should have 5-7 years of experience in internal or corporate communications along with strong writing skills for simplifying complex information into compelling messages. You must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards. Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability in fast-paced environments is crucial. Additionally, interpersonal skills are key for building relationships both internally within the team and externally with clients.

This position is currently remote but may require some travel to client sites or the Pivot office as needed. While candidates from Twin Cities or Chicagoland areas are preferred due to potential on-site requirements in these locations, we welcome talent from other locations as well.
