As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented Communications Specialist to join our team on a minimum 7-month contract basis.

As a Communications Specialist at PRI Global, you will play a pivotal role in both internal and external communications. Internally, you will be responsible for crafting executive briefs, weekly & monthly business reviews, and operational performance updates to ensure seamless communication across various functions and regions. Externally, you will prepare communications for third-party BPO vendors, including business updates, audit & compliance guidelines, newsletters, and other critical materials. Your ability to provide high-level synthesis of complex information and develop clear & concise business writing will be essential in supporting executive decision-making.

In addition to communications responsibilities, this role involves governance tasks such as meeting planning & scheduling, materials preparation & collation, and meeting attendance & administration. You will also be involved in goal & priority tracking by managing reporting processes to track progress against goals and priorities. Consolidating updates from various sources into clear presentations for executive audiences will be key in this aspect of the role. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in an operations or technology-based environment with a focus on communications. Strong organizational skills, analytical abilities, verbal communication skills, and experience working with third-party vendors are required.
