We are currently looking for a skilled Measurement and Evaluation Manager to join us in assessing the effectiveness of our grant portfolio.

As the Measurement and Evaluation Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive measurement frameworks to track the impact of our grant portfolio across strategic pillars and long- and medium-term goals. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data on a quarterly basis to assess program effectiveness. Additionally, you will oversee the development of databases and dashboards to store, track, and present grantee program outcomes.

In this role, you will prepare regular reports on the impact of our grant portfolio for internal and external stakeholders as well as our Impact Fund Board of Directors. Your recommendations for improvement based on evaluation findings will drive synergies between programs, identify promising approaches, standardize measurement practices, and maximize the impact of our contributions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in social sciences or related field (Master's preferred), along with at least 7 years of experience in program evaluation or a related field. Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, project management abilities, and proficiency with data analysis tools are essential for success.

Key Job Requirements:

• Experience with Fluxx, grants management software a plus
