Primary Talent Partners is excited to announce a Director of Research Sciences opportunity with our esteemed healthcare innovation client in the United States. This role, offered as a 6-month full-time W2 contract with potential for extension or conversion, presents a unique chance to make a significant impact in a remote work setting.

As the Director of Research Sciences, you will collaborate internally with Premier Applied Sciences staff and externally engage with the client's project management team, Subject Matter Experts, hospital-based quality and improvement teams, clinician specialists, and senior leaders. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and drive process improvements and enhance member engagement within the enterprise unit and various lines of business.

In this leadership position, you will play a crucial role in planning and overseeing improvement-focused projects, ensuring the successful execution of multiple client-sponsored research initiatives. Your duties will include applying Improvement Science methods, collaborating with various internal departments for project design, managing relationships between stakeholders for project execution, identifying Subject Matter Experts (SME), coordinating research protocols development, overseeing quality improvement work throughout project phases, engaging third parties when necessary, and facilitating collaboration between research scientists and faculty.
