We are seeking a talented Communications & Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our marketing and communication strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for articulating our business strategy to key stakeholders such as employees, customers, donors, and the business community. This part-time remote position (approximately 20 hours/week) involves occasional travel to Latin America (2-3 trips/year) and requires fluency in Spanish with residency in the Denver, CO area.

The successful candidate will spearhead strategic communication plans, brand positioning efforts, and content creation across all our business lines. By collaborating with organizational leaders, they will represent us at various events and engagements while ensuring clarity, consistency, and accuracy in all content disseminated through multiple channels like websites, social media platforms, email newsletters, and industry publications. Additionally, they will use data-driven insights to evaluate communication effectiveness and drive continuous improvement by monitoring website traffic, social media engagement metrics, and lead generation success.

Requirements for this role include a Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Marketing with at least 5 years of experience in similar roles. The ideal candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong project management abilities. Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office 365 is essential for this role. Moreover, candidates should demonstrate initiative and independence while also being collaborative team players who can build positive relationships across different departments and cultural backgrounds within the organization.

Key Job Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in a Communications and/or Marketing role
  • Experience in developing and integrating company culture, mission, and vision
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related discipline
  • Must be fluent in Spanish
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
