Clinical Operations Manager (CRA Line Manager)

As the Clinical Operations Manager (CRA Line Manager), you will play a crucial role in overseeing the line management of assigned departmental staff. This includes tasks such as resource allocation, performance management, career development, and administrative supervision. You will collaborate with other PSI departments to resolve issues and drive joint initiatives while ensuring efficiency and productivity within your team.

In addition to managing staff performance and mentoring department members, you will be responsible for planning training programs, implementing quality systems, conducting audits/inspections, overseeing field training activities, participating in risk review meetings, resolving conflicts at project/trial site levels, and engaging in business development tasks such as client meetings and networking events. Your role will also involve contributing to project-specific site identification and selection processes.

To qualify for this position, you should hold a College or University degree in Life Sciences or have equivalent experience. Demonstrated operations experience in a CRO or pharma company is preferred, along with at least 5 years of industry experience and 2 years’ experience in clinical team management. Knowledge of local HR line management processes, basic financial skills for budget management, proficiency in MS Office applications, strong time management skills, organizational abilities, leadership qualities, planning expertise, presentation skills are essential for success in this role.

• At least 5 years of industry experience
