As the Vice President of Engineering at Remote Vans®, you will lead our Design & Engineering Teams by taking full ownership of design challenges to deliver high-quality projects within budget and on time. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about vans, adventure, people, and fun to join us in this exciting role.
This full-time on-site position based in Cincinnati, OH requires you to lead and manage a small Design and Engineering Team while closely collaborating with top executives on current and future projects. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and refining both interior and exterior van systems and components. To excel in this role, you must have SolidWorks design experience along with general manufacturing understanding. Ideal candidates will possess 4+ years of SolidWorks modeling experience including sheet metal functions as well as 2+ years of mechanical design or product development experience. A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred along with prior experience working in or around manufacturing environments.
